I like this model... It&#039;s much more specific than the SPIN model of telesales taught so often today.  Must be in vogue or something.  

I particularly like the New Reality point of view.  So very much like re-framing, but it&#039;s leading towards this frame in a predictable way.

Love all the acronyms used in this industry don&#039;t you?  haha
